Here are two recipes of typically British pastries… Yummy !
1 . British Scones

Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 150g butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 150g dried fruit (sultanas, dried apricots ..any fruit)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder (= 1 sachet de levure)
- ( Oven = 15 min – 180°C)
2 . Flapjacks

Ingredients
- 300g oats
- 200g butter
- 2 tablespoons of golden syrup (or honey)
- 100g of brown sugar
- + if you want : dried fruit (any fruit)/ chopped chocolate/ peanut butter..
- ( Oven = 35-40 min – 150°C)
